Rotisserie Chicken
The chicken is seasoned with Imperio's blend of spices, and then slow roasted in the rotisserie oven.
Half Rotisserie Chicken
Grilled Chicken
Traditionally the popular in Portugal, the chicken is lightly salted, then grilled and brushed with spicy, medium or mild sauces. Must be ordered one and a half hours in advanced.
Pork Side Ribs
The ribs are marinated overnight for maximum flavour and then cooked in the rotisserie oven.
Pork Fillets
Thin slices of pork, salted, and then grilled and topped off with sauce.
Roasted Potatoes
Lightly salted and roasted in the oven. Order must be placed at least 2 hours in advance.
Full – Approx 50 potatoes

Roast Beef (12-13 Slices)
Our eye of round is marinated and slow roasted. Roast beef comes with homemade gravy.
Pork Loin (14-15 slices)
Made in the same fashion as the roast beef.
Bacalhau à Brás (Cod Fish)
Minced cod combined with finely cut slivers of potatoes and onions
Steamed Vegetables
California mixed vegetables.
Fish Fillets (10-11 pieces)
Boneless turbot fillets are marinated, lightly battered and deep fried to a golden brown.
Rissóes
Traditional Portugese shrimp cakes.
Vegetable Rice
Made with mixed vegetables and satueed onions.
Tomato Rice
Made with tomatoes and sauteed onions.
Valencia Rice
An assortment of meat and seafood.
